How TO BUY
We are an online business and as such do not have a show room. Feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements or alternately pick one of the designs that we have on our page. If you have an idea of your own, please email us a picture and we will get back to you to discuss it.
Should you require some onsite help, we also offer optional consultations to discuss requirements and produce designs for your specific needs. Site specific consultations do however come at a cost, but this will be discounted from your final purchase.
Payment Policy
We accept instant EFT payments - we will provide you with the details on your quotation.
Depending on the nature and size of the purchase or project, payment schemes can be arranged. These are:
- 50% upfront & remainder payable in cash on delivery or completion of the project.
Payment for stock or small items must be in full before delivery can take place.
Delivery POLICY
Standard delivery rates are based on R4.00 per kilometre from Randburg unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping Policy
Stock items are usually shipped within 5 - 10 working days. Items that are made up specifically for a customer may take longer, this will be discussed at the time of purchase.
For items to be couriered, you will be provided with a waybill/tracking number once the goods have been shipped. Cost of shipping is not included in the pricing, but will be quoted to you prior to finalising your purchase.
Additional Information
We hold stock of certain items and are also able to build items based on your specific requirements. We are able to make most products from wood, so if you have an idea or a picture of something that you are looking for, lets discuss it!
Refund
We accept refunds on our stock item products for up to 7 days of receiving your item. Refunds are processed after you return the unwanted or damaged item. You are responsible for return postage or delivery costs.
